These are ideal products
for providing ergonomic and productivity benefits by tilting the container
toward the operator. Tilters feature air springs actuator, dual high strength
restraint chains, and heavy ¾" steel deck construction.
Foot valve controls
are standard though pedestal mounted controls are available and a safety
skirt is optional.
ACCESSORIES
- Safety Skirt - Wire
reinforced accordion safety skirt for three (3) sides of tilt. Encloses
tilt to minimize pinch points. Skirt is recommended whenever operators
must work around the tilt.
- Safety Pilot Operated
Check Valve - This check valve will prevent the tilt from lowering in
the event of a ruptured or severed air hose. To order specify Check Valve
No. CV-38.
- Tilt Deck Dampener
- Reduces the bounce of the tilt deck. Specify Dampener No. TD-4
