Ergonomic Tilters
Air Caster ergonomic tilters are ideal for providing ergonomic and productivity benefits by tilting containers and parts toward the operator.
Bring the work to the operator with pneumatic tilters
Ergonomic container tilters use air spring actuators, dual high strength restraint chains, and heavy 3⁄4" steel deck construction to safely and efficiently bring the work closer to the operator. Foot valve controls are standard though pedestal mounted controls are available. Standard container tilters come with up to 35 degrees of tilt.
Ergonomic tilter's also feature:
- Heavy-duty construction
- Floor mounting plates
- Plant air operated
Increase the safety of your ergonomic tilters with these optional accessories:
- Safety skirt—encloses tilt to minimize pinch points
- Safety pilot—operated check valve—prevents tilt from lowering if air hose is damaged

Air and Hydraulic ergonomic tilters
Part racks and containers can be tilted up to 85 degrees to improve the ergonomics of loading or unloading operations. The tilt deck can be stopped from 0 to 85 degrees in any position, and the deck will remain in that position until the control is again actuated. The tilters are plant air powered, with an air motor used to power the hydraulic pump that actuates the tilt cylinders. The tilt deck can be sized to handle most containers or racks.
