85 DEGREE TILTER

Part racks and containers can now be tilted up to 85 degrees to improve the ergonomics of loading or unloading operations. The tilt deck is rotated from 0 to 85 degrees by two hydraulic cylinders. Rotation can be stopped in any position and the deck will remain in that position until the control valve is actuated. The tilter is plant air powered with an air motor used to power the hydraulic pump that actuates the cylinders. Deck can be sized to handle most containers or racks. Foot valve or hand lever controls are offered. Side safety screens that eliminate pinch points are standard and included.
